AVIWEST is used by international news corporations and members of the media throughout the world to transfer broadcast quality video and audio from the field to the studios. Its simplicity and ease of use make it an essential tool for correspondents on location.
The Digital Mobile News Gathering (DMNG PRO) system was designed to be an efficient alternative to the DSNG truck. This new concept is mainly based on the use of Thuraya IP & Thuraya IP+ terminals, whether it is through Wi-Fi or wireline facilities (ethernet). Optional bonding of two different connections will allow for the “live” or delayed audio and video streams to be successfully channeled from a distant area (the DMNG PRO) to a reception point (the DMNG Studio).
Designed for easy adaptability
The system automatically adapts itself to the networks’ performances in order to obtain the best internet speed possible, and thereby offer the best video quality available. It allows users to avoid using the usual DSNG infrastructures which require expensive and complex operations.
